· FREE ESTIMATES

· With your description of the problem, we will give you a free estimate over the counter.

· If your not sure of the problem, we have a $ 20. bench fee to tear down your machine and you will get an accurate estimate of charges. The $ 20. will be included in the estimate if we repair it for you.

 

   REGULAR MAINTENANCE PERFORMED

 

· Visual inspection of all components for wear and defects. (belts, gears, etc.)

· Disassemble casing from machine.

· Clean lint and threads from inside machine.

· Oil and lubrication of all mechanical parts and assemblies.

· Balance thread tension.

· Adjust belt tension.

· Adjust shaft end play.

· Adjust gear mesh.

· New needle.

· Test sew each machine, and tweak final adjustments.

 

     EXTRA  AJUSTMENT CHARGES IF NEEDED

 

· Needle bar alignment.

· Needle bar height adjustment.

· Calibrate tension.

· Rebuild tension.

· Adjust or reset hook timing.

· Adjust or reset feed timing.

· Devarnish (remove old dried up oil)

· Align bobbin case escapement.

 

       REPAIRS IF NEEDED

 

· Replace worn or broken belts.

· Replace worn, broken, or stripped gears.

· Replace worn motor brushes.

· Rebuild or replace motors.

· Rewire machines. (Lights, Motors, Foot Controls,)

· Replace foot controls, or rebuild, on some models.

· Replace Light bulbs, if bad.

· POSIBLE OTHER RAIR REPAIRS.
